The foundation of a mobile home is important, which you will want it to help add strength to your home. If you live in an area that is prone to hurricanes or tornadoes, you may want to consider having a block or concrete foundation installed for your home.

This will give your home something solid to fasten it to. If you live in an area where storms are common, you may want to use additional hurricane fastening systems to make sure that your home is safe in case of a storm.

2. Repairing The Belly Pan And Other Exterior Elements

The skirt on your home is another area where you may want to do improvements. If you have had a foundation installed, you may want to use a synthetic masonry veneer to make your skirt more attractive.
